宏达矿21021复采工作面火区治理技术实践

Practice on Technology of Fire Prevention and Extinguishing in 21021 Second Mining Face of Hongda Coal Mine

摘要: 针对宏达煤矿21021复采工作面煤自然发火事故,分析了复采工作面高位浮煤自燃诱导因素和治理难点。在此基础上,应用了以三相阻化泡沫快速降温、覆盖充填裂隙为主,合理调整通风设施实现局部、均压减少漏风为辅的火区综合治理技术,并探索了过松散采空区两级套管钻进工艺。治理后火区内氧气浓度明显降低,其余各项指标均满足火区启封要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the spontaneous combustion accident of 21021 second mining face in Hongda coal mine,analyzed the second mining face high spontaneous combustion induced factors and management difficulties. On this basic, a series of technologies were applied,which included injecting three-phase inhibition foamto to rapidly cool the fire area and cover filled fracture,at the same time adjusting ventilation facilities to realize partial pressure,reduce air leakage, and explored the loose goaf drilling technique of two stage casing. After treatment the oxygen concentration decreased significantly in the fire area, the rest of the indicators are to meet the requirements of fire opened.
